1. Finance & Accounts Department Full Time October 2019
Job Descriptions:
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of Finance & Accounts Department.
  • Responsible of full spectrum of accounting that includes AP, AR, GL and FA.
  • Manage and monitor the treasury function and cash flow to optimize the utilization and deposits of cash, not only limited to the preparation of rolling cash flow forecast.
  • Ensure timely account closing including the preparation of monthly financial report, supporting schedule and related matters.
  • Review and report to the Management as well as the Group Accountant of Holdings Company on monthly financial performance, variance from budget.
  • Prepare and present the BODs papers during the quarterly Board of Directors’ meeting.
  • Prepare budget, yearly business plan and long term plan through discussion, input and coordination with other Departments and Schools to support the overall long term business growth.
  • Provide opinion and select the best alternatives in resolving any matters relating to finance department to ensure the efficiency and cost effective.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities on their respective matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control, policies and procedures.
  • Supervise Finance staff and manage their performances.
  • Attend all meetings and discussions organized by the Organization.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by your Organization.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Qualified accountants with professional qualification from ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / MIA.
  • Proactive, good at multi-tasking, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sincere, honest, possess efficient working style, able to focus on details and can work under pressure.
  • Have good sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
  • Good communication, leadership quality, good interpersonal and analytical skills.
